Data CoLAB, recognized as a collaborative laboratory, is a private non-profit association, which resulted from a joint initiative of companies, higher education institutions, research units and local administration. It aims to bring knowledge and emerging technologies closer to market needs by developing innovative solutions and facilitating their implementation.

 

2. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED ON THE DATA COLAB SITE AND PURPOSES

Data CoLAB will collect and maintain personal data supplied. The personal data collected will be:

a) Name;

b) E-mail address;

Data CoLAB does not currently collect any data other than the above, however this data is strictly necessary for both subscribing to the newsletter and filling out the contact form. These are the only purposes for which Data CoLAB collects personal data.

 

3. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED WHEN YOU CONTACT US

When you contact Data CoLAB, the data and information voluntarily provided by you are processed in order for us to contact you and respond to your request defined in the subject field of the contact form. These data will be processed and stored, in accordance with the GDPR, for the period strictly necessary for the resolution of the contact request.

 

4. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBE TO OUR NEWSLETTER

When you subscribe to the Data CoLAB newsletter, your email address is processed so that we can add you to our contact list and send you newsletters. This data will be processed and stored, in accordance with the RGPD, until you unsubscribe. Unsubscribing from the newsletter can be done by opening the newsletter we send you and clicking on the unsubscribe link.

 

5. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

Data CoLAB is committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal data collected. To this end, it has adopted a series of technical and organizational measures deemed appropriate to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of personal data, updating them whenever necessary. In the event of a data breach, Data CoLAB will inform the data subjects and report such an incident to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Data CoLAB reserves the right to alter and adapt its privacy policy in accordance with possible changes in legislation, and we therefore advise you to read this document regularly.
